Home-Based Services Who we serve Growing Home Southeast makes every effort to provide supportive services in the least restrictive setting for families and individuals. As such, we provide an array of home-based services with a focus on… • Preventing the unnecessary placement of children into the foster care system, juvenile justice system, or out-of-home therapeutic placement. • Promoting reunification of children back into their family settings. • Ensuring child safety and protection through crisis intervention and stabilization. How we serve them • Growing Home Southeast clinical counselors use a holistic assessment tool with the family to identify their strengths and needs. Clinical counselors work with individuals and families to develop appropriate treatment plans. • Services include crisis management, individual and family counseling, skills training, and coordination and linkage with other necessary services, resources and supports. Services are child centered and have a family focus. Getting Help It takes courage and strength to ask for help when your family is in crisis. Clients of Growing Home Southeast are referred by local school districts, social service agencies and other community organizations.
