Treatment Foster Care

Who We Serve
Growing Home Southeast’s Treatment Foster Care (TFC) services are for children and youth who are experiencing intense physical, mental and/or emotional needs.

How we serve them
• Children and youth referred for Growing Home Southeast’s TFC services are placed with specially-trained treatment parents who work closely with a clinical specialist to assure youth are able to achieve success in the program.

• Comprehensive care plans are developed to guide the treatment parents, clinical specialists and youth toward specific goals. The care plan identifies measurable objectives that are identified by the youth and those associated with treatment.

• Youth and treatment parents receive close supervision by clinical specialists and clinical consultation.

• Growing Home Southeast provides three levels of TFC. Children and youth are placed based on the severity of their behaviors and needs.
