parents provide
intensive
hands-on
training and
mentoring for
the parent(s).
• Growing
Home Southeast
team and parent
develop a
measurable goal
plan that
includes taking
care of self,
living skills
and
connectedness
that creates a
sense of
belonging for
the participant
parent and
children.
